The Youth Music Project offers music lessons in West Linn, Oregon to any and all students in the surrounding communities. Sliding scale music lesson scholarships are available for students who qualify for free or reduced lunch through their school district. This promo is used as a fundraising tool, letting both kids and parents explain how much music means to them, and what it feels like to dress up as Gene Simmons.
